As users move from delivering plans to delivering briefs, we lightened the load on a brief. It's now a more business-object-focused, simpler, more succinct summary of what's going to be delivered.
Engineering managers now have a dedicated space to think through architecture and how a brief might be delivered, before generating a plan. Spec-driven development has become common, and this is a good surface for engineers to inject engineering concepts, from high level down to low-level detail. This is part of a broader effort to increase the number of documents and artifacts you can generate as you deliver.
While building Hamster for ourselves, we found ourselves talking to Hamster about Hamster a lot, which got confusing. So we added the ability to rename your own Hamster and give it an avatar.
