Notes

Keep an early idea open for research and team discussion, then turn it into a Brief when the work is ready to shape.

Overview

Notes are unstructured Discovery artifacts for ideas, hunches, and research that are not ready for delivery structure. A Note gives the team space to explore an idea, do research, and discuss it before shaping it into a Brief.

How It Works

Ask Hamster in chat to capture an idea as a Note. The Note keeps the early thinking available while teammates add context and continue the discussion.

When the idea becomes deliverable, convert the Note to a Brief. The Brief carries the work into refinement.

Create a Note from Chat

Tell Hamster what you want to capture and ask it to create a Note. Open the result to review the idea and continue the conversation with your team.

Convert a Note to a Brief

Use Convert to, then select Brief when the team is ready to define what it will deliver and why. Continue shaping the work in the new Brief.
